An EPC, Energy Performance Certificate, is a record of actual and potential energy saving aspects of a particular property. Each Property will have an Energy Efficiency Rating, AG (1-100) Environmental Impact Rating AG (1-100) The Higher the rating the better. Each EPC contains summaries of Energy Performance Related features for the property, such as Floors Walls Roof Windows Heating Secondary Heating Heating Controls Hot Water Lighting Co2 will also be highlighted. Each EPC, where necessary, will have recommendations to improve the individual homes Performance Rating (A-G) The end product, your homes Individual EPC, will be used to demonstrate Energy Performance of your Property when put up for sale | ||||
| WHAT IS A DEA? A DEA, Domestic Energy Assessor, is a person qualified to produce Energy Perfofmance Certificates. At Riviera dea we have undergone an extensive Government Approved training process. A DEA must first pass a stringent examination process. Also strict Security Checking is in place (CRB) Finally the DEA must be Fully Accredited by a Government EPC Processor.
